Lucas Lim is a UOL Banking & Finance graduate. Before Business Strategy, Lucas served as the Director of the Student Managed Fund at SIM Investment & Networking Club. He is currently a Business Development Representative at Snowflake, with past working experiences at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Accenture, and Nexia TS. Lucas was previously the Co-Head of Training (Finance).
Joel Lim is a UOL Banking & Finance graduate. Before Business Strategy, Joel served as an analyst focusing on FX markets under the Trading & Research department in SIM Investment & Networking Club. He is currently a Business Manager at J.P. Morgan, with past working experiences at EY as a Management Consultant. His past internship experiences include stints with Singtel, Nexia TS and Saxo Markets. Joel was previously the Head of Human Resources & Marketing.

Ying Jie is a UOL Economics & Finance graduate. Prior to Business Strategy, he was the Deputy Director of Business Development at SIM Investment & Networking Club. He is currently part of the ASEAN Business Development Team at DataBricks specialising in FinTech, with past internship experiences at Amazon Web Services (AWS), StashAway, and Wantedly. Ying Jie was previously the Head of Corporate Engagements & Operations.
